The mere mention of a response time allays many concerns. Before the deadline expires, an Internet user will not worry about not having received a reply.
Goal
- Give users a quantified timeframe for a response.
- Limit the risk of follow-up by users.
- Reassure users about the site managers’ ability to respond to requests.
Solution technique
Indicate the expected response time for each information request form.
