When I changed careers, I wanted to bring meaning to my new assignments. Because I felt the need to consider the end user first, I took the Opquast training and then the certification. Users learn interfaces. Every operation performed on your site is memorized and capitalized on. Each change in the location of a button will require work on the part of your users, which is what ergonomists call the mental load. A word of advice: reduce the mental workload required of your users.
