When I changed careers, I wanted to bring meaning to my new assignments. Because I felt the need to consider the end user first, I took the Opquast training and then the certification. Thanks to what I learned, I succeeded in my interviews and convinced those who became my team. Opquast gave me the keys to understand quality, but also to find missions that make sense.
Certification
The Opquast certification has already enabled more than 20,000 web professionals to train and have their skills recognized. It allows hundreds of teams and web service providers to acquire a common culture and vocabulary for web activities.

Rule n° 186 - The size of the clickable elements is sufficient.

Touchscreens have brought their share of difficulties that need to be taken into account. Not the least of which is the fact that you can interact with your fingers without difficulty. It so happens that international standards for the accessibility of web content for people with disabilities even specify a numerical value for the minimum size of clickable elements. As in the case of contrasts, this provides us with a rule based on the existence of this numerical value.

Goal

Allow the user to click on clickable items.
Limit false manipulations and excessive handling.

Solution technique

Give each clickable element (buttons, links) a default size of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
