The Opquast Digital Quality Framework - Rule n° 49

Rule n° 49 - The identity of third parties involved in transactions is specified.

A transactional process may lead a web user to visit the site of a bank that is not his or her own or of a service provider. Indicating the names of the service providers will limit surprises and sometimes even serve to reinforce confidence by capitalising on the reputation of those involved.
