Rule n° 57 - Different shipping and billing addresses can be specified.

This rule seems so obvious that it is almost unnecessary to state it. Yet this simple detail can easily be forgotten in the design of an e-commerce site.

Goal

Allow users to have their purchases delivered to the location of their choice.

Solution technique

On the order summary form, offer the customer the option of indicating a delivery address other than the billing address.
