Goal

Implementation
Apply common properties of style, colour, weight, case, underline to sets of links of the same type.
Control
Throughout the site:
- Check that links of the same type (menus, links in the text, other groups of links such as a tag cloud, etc.) have visually similar presentations throughout the site.
