Rule n° 11 - Public spaces offer at least one way to report abuse.

More so than in the case than the previous rule, this is to facilitate the abuse reporting procedure.

Goal

Simplify reporting of illegal or inappropriate content.
Speed up the detection of such content.
Limit the risk of accessing illegal or inappropriate content.

Solution technique

For example, include a link "Report abuse" near each content published by internet users, which leads to a form allowing the reasons for the report to be specified. Otherwise, indicate the moderator's e-mail address.

In each public space (comments, forum, etc.) or, failing that, in the Contact page or the Legal Notices page with the moderation conditions: check that there is a procedure for directly reporting abuse.
