Goal
- Allow users to unambiguously identify a physical person capable of answering any questions about the available content, or who will assume responsibility for that content.
Implementation
Indicate the name of a real person responsible for the content on the site.
Control
On the home page or at least on one page that can be viewed from the home page (often the legal notices page) or on each of the pages of the website (often in the footer)
- Manually check that the name of a real person or of the department responsible for website content is present in at least one of the pages mentioned above.
