When I changed careers, I wanted to bring meaning to my new assignments. Because I felt the need to consider the end user first, I took the Opquast training and then the certification. Certification
The Opquast certification has already enabled more than 20,000 web professionals to train and have their skills recognized. It allows hundreds of teams and web service providers to acquire a common culture and vocabulary for web activities.

Rule n° 107 - At least two means of contact are offered.

It's a good thing to make a contact form or a telephone number available to Internet users. However, if both are available when one is defective this won't cause problems for users.

Goal

Optimize options for users to provide feedback.
Avoid putting a user in a difficult position, if one of the means of contact is unavailable or causing problems to the user.

Solution technique

For example, indicate the postal address or phone number of the author and/or the webmaster and set up a form to contact them.

Throughout the site:

Check that there are at least two contact methods.
Check that it is possible to actually reach the author and/or the technical manager via the contact methods offered.
