- Give users confirmation of their order information.
- Allow users to keep a history of their transactions, elsewhere than on the website.
Solution technique
Use or develop shopping cart management tools that automatically send a confirmation containing the summary of the order data.

- Check at the end, that the email with the transaction reference and the order data actually reaches the recipient.
