Some users hate receiving messages too frequently, others, on the contrary, expect a high frequency of sending. Save the surprises and inform them.

  • Tell users, before they sign up, how often they can expect to receive the newsletter.


Indicate how often newsletters are sent, quantifying it if possible.


This check is most often carried out on the newsletter subscription page, or possibly on a satellite page such as Help, About, etc.:

  • Check that an explicit, and if possible quantified, indication of the frequency of sending newsletters is present.
